All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless otherwise indicated.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with any purchase you make from The Cloth Nappy Company. We will accept goods for refunds or exchange (less any shipping costs) within 30 days of the date of purchase. Goods for return must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Please adhere to all care instructions for each product. 

Faulty Goods

We are very careful to inspect every product prior to shipping to ensure that you receive only the best quality. In the rare event that a fault sneaks past us, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to resolve this for you.
